To secure your date, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit. Once you're booked, we’ll confirm the important details: your event location, WiFi access, a reliable power source, and where you’d like us to set up (we need an 10x10 space to work our magic, with at least 9 ft ceiling).  We’ll also chat through your custom overlay/template preferences, optional filters, and the overall look you’re going for—because your booth should feel like it belongs at your event, not someone else’s Pinterest board.

From there, we’ll design a custom template and overlay made just for your event—something that reflects your style and theme perfectly. Once it’s ready, we’ll send it over for your approval to make sure every detail feels just right. Two weeks before your event, the remaining balance will be due. After that, you can sit back and relax knowing everything is handled. We’ll take it from here, making sure your photo booth experience is seamless, stylish, and unforgettable.

On the big day, your Lucid Glow attendant will arrive 60 to 90 minutes early to set up our DSLR booth, perfect the lighting, and make sure everything is seamless before guests arrive. When the booth opens, the real fun begins. Guests will step in, pose, and walk away with stunning, editorial-style portraits they’ll actually want to keep.Images can be shared instantly via text, email, or QR code. Want a printed keepsake? On-site printing is available for an additional fee.  We keep things easy, elevated, and unforgettable—so you can focus on enjoying your event, and your guests can bask in the glow.
